Rabbi Joyce's passion lies in Jewish education and pastoral care. She has developed and led numerous community Jewish learning initiatives in Massachusetts, always striving to create inclusive spaces that bring together individuals and families from all backgrounds and denominations.

Rabbi Joyce Siegel was ordained in 2011 by the Rabbinical Academy of New York, Mesifta Adas Wolkowisk. She holds both a Master’s degree in Jewish Education and a certification in Jewish Family Education from Hebrew College in Newton, Massachusetts.

Since relocating to Florida in 2013, Rabbi Joyce has served in several Director of Education roles and she recognized the significant number of unaffiliated families in Palm Beach County. She is dedicated to welcoming and engaging these families in Jewish life, meeting them where they are, and fostering a sense of belonging. Inspired

to address this need, Rabbi Joyce partnered with Rabbi Steven Moss and Temple Sinai of Delray Beach to launch a Jewish Family Education program specifically designed for unaffiliated, traditional, and non-traditional families. This innovative program operates

without synagogue membership fees, offering a tuition-based family experience, and is set to launch in September 2025 at Temple Sinai.

Rabbi Joyce resides in Boynton Beach with her husband and their dog. She is the proud mother of three married sons and grandmother to four grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends. She also volunteers at the Palm Beach Sheriffs Office as a chaplain.
